Handheld hydraulic
The MS250/CS350/GS170 TEHMA Handheld hydraulic combi shear spreader cutters are portable handheld tools designed for rapid cutting of profiled metal structures. The duckbill blades are interchangeable and depending on the type, they can:
– cut steel bars and reinforcing iron rods without dangerous splinters or sparks.
– cut pipes and electric or steel cables without dangerous twisting of the blades.
– cutting metal sheets and scraps.
– enlarging openings and separates materials, objects or blocks in previously demolished reinforced concrete structures.
– various applications for Industrial, recycling, nuclear decommissioning and car demolition.
Solid and handy, TEHMA Handheld hydraulic combi shear spreader cutters can easily stand the heavy duty uses of the demolition and represent an optimal completion of the SP400 TEHMA hydraulic concrete and rock splitter. Their versatility and performance also make them indispensable allies for industrial, recycling, car demolition and rescue.
The MS250/CS350/GS170 TEHMA Handheld hydraulic combi shear spreader cutters are based on modular system consisting of one main body and three sets of specifically designed interchangeable blades. In just a few steps they can be easily configured into 3 different tools:
MS250 Handheld hydraulic shear cutter / CS350 Handheld hydraulic combi spreader cutter / GS170 Handheld hydraulic shear with blade guide
The MS250 TEHMA portable handheld hydraulic shear cutter quickly cuts profiled metal structures securely, without dangerous splinters or sparks.
The duckbill blades are designed with a special geometry that allows to retain and push towards the center the object that is being cut, preventing it from slipping out.
The interchangeable metal insert always ensures the best cutting performance and long life of the blade.
Cutting of metal profiles and structures reinforcements (steel meshes, iron rods and rebars).
Cutting of pipes and cables of low and medium resistance (cables for telecommunications, electrical and submarine, decommissioning of nuclear plants, wire ropes).
Recycling of precious car parts such catalytic converters and mufflers.
Interventions in the presence of water and underwater demolitions.
Rescue interventions for the extrication of victims after accidents.

The CS350 TEHMA portable handheld hydraulic combi shear spreader cutter allows to cut and separate profiled metal structures securely, without dangerous splinters or sparks.
The teeth on the tips ensures a firm grip on every type of object and structure that is intended to be separated or spread while the special internal geometry allows the cutting of reinforcements and iron rods at different heights for the best use of the blade.
Removal of radiators and frames for doors and windows from walls.
Cutting of metal profiles and structures reinforcements (steel meshes, iron rods and rebars).
Cutting metal sheets and scraps.
Quick separation of blocks of reinforced concrete structures previously demolished. (by means of TEHMA CC300 concrete crusher or TEHMA SP400 hydraulic concrete and rock splitter).
Recycling of precious car parts such catalytic converters and mufflers.
Interventions in the presence of water and underwater demolitions.
Rescue interventions for the extrication of victims after accidents.
Use of pulling chains to increase the action radius of the tool.

The GS170 TEHMA portable handheld hydraulic shear spreader cutter with blade guide quickly cuts profiled metal structures securely, without dangerous splinters or sparks.
The duckbill blades are designed with a special geometry that allows to retain and push towards the center the object that is being cut, preventing it from slipping out.
The blade guide prevents excessive torsion and dangerous misalignment of the blades when cutting cables and particularly resistant objects.
The interchangeable metal insert always ensures the best cutting performance and long life of the blade.
